Will my personal information get deleted?

Due to legal and regulatory requirements, we are required to retain all records, including documents and electronic records, for a retention period of seven (7) years for OppFi customers, or anyone who received a product or service, and five (5) years for all consumers who did not receive a product or service. OppFi may also be required to retain certain records in order to comply with applicable laws and regulations, such as responding to law enforcement or otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities. However, after the retention period has been met, all records that can be destroyed will be destroyed.
